'The Lineup' redux

Not sure if I'm the last to know, but "The Lineup" is now available in DVD from Netflix. This is the 1958 noire thriller that's famous to us WNP-ers for being filmed partly in Sutro's.

But like they say on info-mercials, "wait there's more!"

Ignoring the fact the entire movie was shot in SF, there are lots of Outside Lands locations including the old Aquarium in the Academy of Sciences, and a high-speed chase from the Cliff House to the GG Bridge that's geographically correct (i.e, up Point Lobos, through the Richmond, Lincoln Park, Sea Cliff and Presidio.)

And for Jo Anne, a scene in Golden Gate Park where a mounted officer uses a police telephone box.
