My family never vacationed at Marin Town & Country Club, but I enjoyed reading your story. MT&CC was a "day trip" for us when we were invited to go along with one of our neighbors (my Dad worked 7 days a week and Mom didn't drive). Nonetheless we had great times there playing in the pool and around the grounds. I got my very first notable sunburn there where my shoulders and back were "on fire" and spent the next couple days with a can of Unguentine by my side to ease the burn.

So, I do have fond memories of this great place, but only one day at a time. :)
