Re: Teachers to Remember

Thank you Frank for mentioning Mrs Tobin at St Cecilias and rekindling a memory I haven't thought about for eons.

When I was in 4th grade at St Cecilias, Mrs Tobin would always tell me how much she looked forward to my being in her class "next year" as both my sister and my brother were her former students and she loved the idea that she would be teaching all three of us McCullar kids (me being the youngest). Unfortunately I transferred out of St Cecilias after 4th grade to R. L. Stevenson and "ruined her record", but I did feel bad and apologized to her for doing so.

Like many of you, I also have posted about my teachers in past message threads, but I will give a special "shout-out" to a few that impcted my life here too.

Mr Linder- metal shop teacher at Giannini.

Mr Conrad Morgan - music teacher at Lincoln.

Mr Bill Perkins - Mr Morgan's successor at Lincoln.
