My mother has informed me that I was conceived in San Luis Obispo,California while my folks were there on a trip. Some believe that life begins at conception. Now I am very confused, am I a native of San Luis Obispo or a native of San Francisco where I was actually born?

Can someone please help me in this matter, which is very important to me? Thank you for any help you may be able to furnish.
