Yep. Very, very, fond memories of playing kickball and softball with the team from our local schoolyard, against numerous other schoolyard teams in the Sunset, and Ocean View. So many great times with countless friends past (some present). We were just elementary school age, and many of the kids we didn’t know on opposing teams, then become friends when we went to High School. This was when most Elementary and Junior High schools had a ‘Director’ assigned to them and where we went after school to play. This is where so much of our socialization happened. In fact, maybe I will try to start another message based on the School Yard Director. But I am new here. Has that subject already been posted?
