I remember this too well. It was devastating news and a dark cloud hung over the City for several days. I went to school with both Debbie Abraham and Donna Spanos. There were no seat belts in those days. I don't think seat belts would have saved the victims, but there would have been 4 less people in the car based on seat belts. Such a tragedy.
