Just a fun heads up here....
SFGate had articles about "interesting SF ruins" to explore. I am SO proud of our WNP Guys!!!!

The first featured a video that our John Martini was in...

The second had to do with the old pedestrian tunnel at the bottom of Taraval St....

Thanks, David for the pics on the home page of the tunnel...I had NO idea it no longer existed (or am I mistaken here?). I clearly remember that tunnel, having run though it, hollering to create an echo!! Traversed it with my parents, and also friends. (My little joke: "the light at the end of this tunnel" was always Ocean Beach!)

Is the tunnel truly gone forever? Who else has memories of this tunnel??? (I think I have a photo, circa early 1960s of a friend posing in front of that tunnel. I am now on a Serious Search to find same and share it....)
