Re: Memories

Great tips for those who want to go back.

I add, take your siblings out to lunch and order a bottle of champagne. The memories will flow with laughter and tears and you will see the same stories through other's eyes. Cousins and old neighborhood friends may serve as well. Old family pictures may trigger lots of memories and warrant close examination for items surrounding the central image. Book shelves, furnishings and nick-nacks may be touchstones to lost memories long forgotten.

Not all memories from my childhood are warmly welcomed back and are best left in the past. The good ones glow like a Franklin stove.

To reiterate the original question, what is your way-back machine?

Cheers,
