The Similie Company, I had not thought of them for years. I remember buying backpacks, a compass, a Sierra Club cup, and most imprortant, the trail maps for Mt. Tamalpais. Not living in the Richmond District, I did not know about Sullivan's Sporting Goods, but I did know Simile Company.
