(Click on either image to see a bigger version in a new window.)
Janet Ross, an ephemera dealer and collector in New England, came across this advertising card for St. Francis Wood, a reduced version of Adolph Treidler's prize-winning poster. Before Ms. Ross offered it for sale, she made a scan for us. What a great business owner!
The full text on the back of the card reads:

Centering at
St Francis Wood
The Boulevard Section of ST FRANCIS WOOD is now entirely completed---streets all bituminized---sidewalks, sewers, water, gas, all installed---wires all laid in conduits (not a pole in the tract)---parks, fountains, gateways, all done---everything ready for the home builder.
The home builder is coming too. Seven new houses costing from $4000 to $15,000, with plans already drawn, are just about to be commenced.
This region will soon become the finest and most admired residence district in San Francisco. The new TWIN PEAKS TUNNEL will at once double its value. You will want to build some time. Why not choose your home site now?
Soon to be reached by the Twin Peaks Tunnel.
Now reached direct by Ellis Street Cars -- No. 17.
