Golden Gate Park, known for its natural beauty, is also home to a remarkable collection of cultural landscape features and memorials. Monumental Golden Gate Park explores the history of cultural landscape features by showcasing artifacts from the Park's past never before displayed in public, selections from our OpenSFHistory archive, and more.
This event is free thanks to District 1 Supervisor Sandra Lee Fewer and the Office of Economic and Workforce Development (but RSVP to let us know you're coming). Light refreshments provided.
Please note that this event has been rescheduled from March 28, 2020 to April 25, 2020 due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19.
