Poly Grid Club luncheon

Saturday was the 30th annual reunion of the Poly Athletic Association. As usual, here were about 200 alumni and friends in attendance. But not just Poly. Several attendees were from different SF high schools. Several Poly alumni were inducted into the Hall of Fame...athletes as well as cheer leaders. This is an event that occurs every year and is organized by a fellow classmate, Ray Montarossa. For us City kids, and especially those from the Sunset District, this is an annual event that keeps all of us connected. Interesting and no surprise, Poly in the 50's was a magnet for football talent from across the City. Looking forward to next year!
