Ah Mr. Macon! There ya go again! Spreading yet another message of hope and good cheer!!

Living a wee bit east of the Oregon coast, you give me serious thought. Maybe I shall someday own beachfront property. I will just stand on the beach and happily watch the tides get higher and higher, thinking of the $$$ they will bring me.

Then again, probably not. I'm old, and I'll be gone by then.
