My 89 yr old Disabled Mother will be celebrating her 90 th Birthday in a week 09/18/2026 this Friday. I’m her son and have been trying to find any and all Data, Photos, Clues, or Information about the Cafe She and my deceased Father would frequent many times the 30 days that followed their blind date, falling in love and eloping to be Married. A bond that would last till 2013 only death was able to keep them apart. I’m an artist and really wanted to create something special about them and that Cafe. Address Location from 1957 to. 1960 was 171 O’ Farrell Street near Powell Street. It’s name was the Merry-Go-Round Cafe and they both remembered it fondly as they both would tell of a conveyor belt under glass where wonderful food items would pass you by until you picked one or more.
